Megan Sweeney

Elite Life Care Manager

Megan Sweeney has been a part of the Elite Team since May of 2018. As a Life Care Manager, Megan advocates for and assists clients and wards as they navigate through the challenges of their lives. In the short time that Megan has been with the Elite Team, she has provided many services that positively impact our clients and wards lives including, managing, scheduling, and attending major appointments with clients, wellness checks, socialization, support and assisting clients in finding appropriate placement options, as well as many other services.

Megan Graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2017, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. During her time at ISU, Megan majored in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics and was an active member of the university Dietetics Club. She also spent one summer working alongside a Registered Dietitian in the Chicagoland area. Since joining the Elite Team, Megan has used her background in nutrition to help benefit our clients and wards. Megan is also a member of the CMSA. Megan provides vital support and knowledge by helping to educate our clients and wards on the importance of healthy eating, menu planning and assisting in locating appropriate nutritional resources available in the surrounding communities.
