Our ELCS team of licensed, insured, and experienced professionals provide the following services and much more……
Assistance with essential living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and assistance with cleaning
Professional oversight and care management for your family members and loved ones who are in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation facilities
Professional reporting and assistance with care auditing and ensuring follow up on the clients care plan within the skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation environment
- Assistance with therapy or exercise related activities
- Creative socialization activities
- Facilitation of special events to benefit our clients
- Light meal preparation
- Professional wellness checks and reporting
- Accompaniment to facilitating personal errands such as grocery shopping and pursuit of miscellaneous retail endeavors
- Accompaniment to medical related appointments
- Assistance with bill paying and organizing
- Assistance with document retrieval
- Providing transportation on behalf of clients
- Providing professional monitoring of the client/ward within their respective home environment
- Providing professional insights into other added value professional services to further benefit the client and ward
- Evaluation of identifying successful outcomes with the ELCS WRAP programs and the ART & Music Therapy programs
