Care Associate

My name is Bethany Cates, and I am a new associate to Elite. I have spent my life working with people and my background is in customer service and sales.

In my sales profession, I achieved “Top 95” out of over thousands of service sales reps in the nation. All of this was achieved within two years of being with the company. I was consistently a top performer, exceeding all sales goals expected of me. I was named, “Partner of the Month” for my consistent work ethic and encouragement of my fellow coworker.

For the past decade I have spent my time serving others. From bartending to management, I have done it all. I truly believe everyone should have to work in the service industry at least once. It builds hard working individuals who understand the importance of taking care of the customer. As manager, I oversaw Coordination of the front of house and back of the house operations, while delivering superior service and maximize customer experience.

Currently I reside in Palatine IL, with my boyfriend, son and our dog Sampson! I enjoy cooking, crafting and spending time with my family. I look forward to adding my outgoing personality to Elite Life Care Services. I think that I will be a great addition to this organization and can’t wait to learn more!
